RN Fellow: This is a full-time, 0.9 FTE (36 working hours per week), night shift RN Resident: This is a full-time, 0.9 FTE (36 working hours per week), night shift Pediatric Resident RN Graduated from an accredited nursing program. Graduated from an accredited nursing program and is newly licensed with 12 months of experience or less Graduated from an accredited nursing program. ~ 1 year of nursing experience (new to specialty). Graduation from an accredited nursing program. ~ 1 year of nursing experience.
