Enjoy a flexible schedule and a family work environmentapply now and join our team This part?time/full?time hourly position involves companionship, light housekeeping duties, transportation, meal preparation, and assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as transfers, mobility assistance, bathing, toileting, dressing, etc. Base pay range $18.00/hr - $20.00/hr Seniority level Entry level Compensation & Benefits $18-$20 per hour, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Accrued paid sick days. Flexible hours. Career advancement training. Caregiver appreciation activities. Responsibilities Companionship and conversation. Light housekeeping. Apparel selection (laying out clothes). Household management. Errands. Meal planning and prep. Laundry and linen changing. Medication reminders. Transportation. Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, toileting, and mobility assistance. In overnight situations, prep sleeping area. Other Responsibilities Document activities in the Care Plan Binder. Record daily hours worked and daily services performed. Report any significant changes with client to office immediately. Follow all policies and procedures as described in the Senior Helpers Handbook. Qualifications Must treat clients with dignity and respect. Must be able to read, write, and speak English at an average adult level. Must be willing to submit to a background check per California state law. Must obtain TB testing prior to engaging with clients. Must be able to drive and have a valid CA driver's license. Must be able to lift 25 lbs unassisted.
