Sales Manager
What you can expect:
- Pay based on experience
- Annual increase & Annual Bonus potential

- Collaborate with other lines of business to provide our customers with best solution for their needs.
- Lead, coach, and develop the sales representatives in your area.
- Analyze and review sales of all products (HMA, Aggregates, Sand and Gravel, etc.)
- Be active in Community Relations, Trade Associations and Government Affairs.
- Review and approve pricing changes for products at multiple locations.
- Travel throughout your territory visiting customers and supporting the sales team.
