Solugenix is assisting a client, a leading financial services company, in their search for a Foreclosure Coordinator. This is a 6-month contract based out of Las Vegas, NV (Onsite).

Customer Service - this is a client-facing role that will interact with vacation homeowners on occasion; MS Office; Excel (formulas, navigating multiple tabs, exporting files to Excel format).

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of directly related real estate office experience. Prefer foreclosure experience.
• Team player, Resourceful Customer service skills, Communication skills, verbal & written.
• Proficient MS Office skill set, and Excel skills.
• Working with confidential and proprietary information.
• Able to exercise discretion, confidentiality, and sound judgment.
• Ability to work under pressure, manage challenging customer interactions, and remain flexible to changing schedules and demands.
• Able to prioritize and complete multiple tasks within time constraints, paying particular attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

• Role focuses on administrative tasks to support the foreclosure process (start off w/department mail (searching through files, resorts), reviewing titles and reinstatement quotes for owners, before getting into foreclosure process).
• Responsible for assisting in the day-to-day processing of foreclosures.
• Reviews and gathers information relating to foreclosure documentation.
• Review real property conveyance and encumbrance documents.
• Searches and reviews bankruptcy matters per written procedure.
• Establishes and maintains positive client/vendor relationships.
• Communicates with owners, vendors, and clients regarding foreclosure matters, answering questions and providing information.
• Coordinates and processes all mailings.
• Inputs and updates data in spreadsheets and other programs to track all foreclosures.
• Orders and reviews title reports using multiple applications.
• Potential candidates have a Title background, experience working in judicial offices to perform title searches, knowledge of foreclosures, bankruptcies, and/or pulling docs from county website/recorder, deeds in lieu.
• Performs other duties or projects as assigned.

Pay Range for CA, CO, IL, NJ, NY, WA, and DC: $22/hour to $22/hour. Starting rate of pay offered may vary depending on factors including but not limited to, position offered, location, education, training and/or experience.
