About the Role We’re seeking an experienced casting professional to find the best people for the best videos. In this role, you’ll lead the casting team while partnering with Production and Creative. You’ll be the first person our contestants meet, and will guide them from the initial call through them being compensated and the video being posted. We need someone collaborative, creative and resourceful who is able to deliver. What You'll Be Doing Screen potential contestants and participants for upcoming MrBeast videos, while maintaining an organized database of all submissions and contestants. Lead our casting associates and oversee logistics for contestants; travel, accommodations, payment, scheduling, and any needs that arise during filming. Partner with Creative to understand the needs of the video while finding the perfect (sometimes very niche) people for our videos, and be able to pitch why they’re the BEST for the video. Partner with Production to manage the casting budget, and ensure all travel and accommodations align with the logistics and needs of the production. Be the outward-facing representative of MrBeast as you guide contestants through a seamless and smooth process from start to finish. You will be on set; managing and handling all logistics for contestants, and working directly with production to anticipate their needs and pivot accordingly. What Makes You A Fit You are an experienced casting professional with a desire to improve processes through your creativity and leadership. You are collaborative and have great communication skills, understanding the importance and impact casting has on a production. You are able to get creative with how you source contestants, and can deliver quality contestants in short timelines. You are friendly and outgoing, and are comfortable building relationships as the first face a contestant sees, and the main point of contact as you guide them through the process. You have previous YouTube experience or are a heavy consumer of YouTube.
