Job Description A Quality Assurance Assistant works to ensure that procedures adhere to an organization’s quality standards and regulations.

This is an office position with work hours on Monday - Friday, 8 hours per day with occasional need for flexible work hours and occasional travel and/or work outside the office.

Responsibility

Conducting regular inspections to assess procedure quality.

Reviewing documentation related to quality processes.

Coordinating with staff and managers to maintain and improve procedure.

Developing reports on procedures and discrepancies.

Documenting audit findings and discrepancies in clear and concise reports.

Collaborate with the executive team to develop a comprehensive strategy for effective operatiions.

Maintain Corporate Compliancy and Franchisee agreements.

Maintain California Compliancy

Maintain Company policies and SOPs.

Conduct Internal Audits

Implement Corrective and Preventive Actions

Qualifications

Full dining service environment work experience. (minimum of 2 years)

Detail-oriented and have the ability to delegate responsibility as needed.

Understand and follow state and federal labor laws.

Proficiency in data analysis.

Effective communication and attention to detail.

Fluency in Japanese or Portuguese a plus.
