****POSITION SUMMARY****

Perform varied inventory coordination duties, requiring knowledge Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Warehouse Operations and inventory management. Openings for both day and night shifts.

****ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS****

**Essential** **Functions** **Statement(s)**

* Communicate with employees to answer questions, disseminate or explain information and address complaints as it relates to inventory control.

* Compile, copy, sort and file records of inventory activities.

* Respond to customers' or shippers' questions and complaints regarding storage and distribution services.

* Efficiently utilize WMS system within the warehouse operation.

* Understand and utilize company-generated reports.

* Maintain and update filing and inventory records through the use of a computer.

* Review files, records and other documents to obtain information to respond to requests.

* Understand basic operation of the Warehouse Management System (WMS) and assist warehouse employees and managers with reports.

* Maintain a clean work environment and thoroughly clean desk and work area at shift-end.

* Perform other duties assigned by management in order to support the success of the warehouse, branch/division or company business and needs of BWI customers.

**Education: Associate's Degree (two-year college or technical school) preferred**

**Experience****:** Three to seven years related experience

**Computer:** AS-400, WMS proficiency; Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word & Excel)
