IT Program Manager V

BCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated " IT Program Manager V " for an opportunity in - Atlanta, GA/Addison, TX.

Position Title : IT Program Manager V
Location: Atlanta, GA/Addison, TX.

Job Type: 40 hours work week
Pay Rate: $60/hr to $65/hr

Position Summary

The EPT - ACH Processing team is looking for a candidate with program/project management with very large projects. This is NOT a Scrum Master role.

The ideal candidate is

o able to communicate with Senior Leadership Teams across the organization.

o able to coordinate change management with tenured members of the team.

  • This role is responsible for the planning, coordinating, and delivery of defined deliverables for a larger program which requires engagement from teams across multiple organizations.
  • Key responsibilities include communicating the target outcomes, coordinating delivery, managing risks, ensuring compliance to standards, and providing visibility into the health of the program.
  • This role ensures execution and delivery meets the client's expectations in terms of the target outcomes, timeline, and cost.
  • They manage financials for the program, assist with resource planning, and facilitate sync points between business and technology leaders across multiple organizations, as well as Risk and Compliance partners.
Required Skills:

* Primary Skill - Extensive Project Management Experience with very large projects

* Secondary Skill - Change Management
  • Determines the strategic approach to obtain stakeholder objectives and requirements
  • Identifies risks/dependencies that are not easily evident. Defines controls needed to resolve/mitigate
  • Ability to set financial budgets and plans at the portfolio level to ensure work is aligned with strategic goals
  • Facilitates activities with stakeholders adjusting investments to continually align with business value. Addresses change across entire value stream.
  • Drives adoption and continually improves processes in the software lifecycle across teams
  • Subject matter expert understanding of products and services within their business line and in comparable industry organizations. Implements operating model within their area and influences continuous improvement
  • Has knowledge of software development but has not been involved in hands on application development/coding
  • Has general awareness of testing practices but has not involved in hands on testing.
