In the role of Customer Service Agent Lead, you will oversee and support the customer service agents (CSAs) to carry out all functions of the ticketing counters including managing and booking reservations for passengers, luggage, and cargo, processing payments, performing data input, generating reports, and resolving customer service issues. This is a public facing role that interacts with large volumes of customers in person, over the phone, or by email.
