You must apply if these things also drive you ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES: Configure, deploy, and maintain computer hardware and software. Receive, install and test all new business computer hardware. Assist all departments with computer-related issues. Meets with users for requirements of computer forms, designs, programs, and implements user-approved forms. Systems include but are not limited to hotel, back office, gaming systems, etc. Follows sops and updates sop appropriately. Ensures computing systems are operating in compliance with the gaming control board regulations. Maintain a high quality of guest service according to the Drover style. Thorough knowledge of applicable company and departmental policies and procedures as well as the willingness to learn and follow any policy or procedure that may be introduced in the future. Adhere to all appearance and uniform standards. Maintain an open line of communication with managers. Maintain a positive and professional demeanor during all interactions with guest, fellow team members, and vendors. Ability to accept performance feedback in a professional manner. Regular attendance to all scheduled shifts is considered an essential function of the job. Arriving on-time for all scheduled shifts is considered an essential function of the job. Ability to meet with users for issue requirements analysis, then design and program into a working system. Ability to communicate with staff on a technical level. Ability to communicate with co-workers on a non-technical level. Competent in oral and written communications. Ability to learn computing systems from both a technical and user point-of-view. Other duties, as assigned. MUST HAVES: · Demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the Company. · Problem-solving, reasoning, motivating, organizational and training abilities. · Ability to work nights, weekends, and/or holidays as needed. · A love for the history and future of the FW Stockyards · Superior attention to detail · Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills · Knowledge in the following categories, programs, software, and hardware: Windows Server, Intel-Based Computers/Servers, Active Directory, Windows 7 & 10 Operating Systems, Software management tools, iSeries preferred, Microsoft Office Suite, Business Computer Hardware QUALIFICATIONS: · Strong verbal and written communication skills. · Information Technology 1st level support experience. · PC Hardware experience
