Job Description:

The Business Analystis responsible for reviewing assigned business processes from end-to-end to identify and address operational, financial, and technological risks. Identify opportunities to improve efficiency. Responsibilities will include a full range of activities from leading small to mid-size projects to assisting other project managers on larger more complex projects related to operational business functions that affect team members and providers at the market level.

Job Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather functional, behavioral, and interface requirements
• Identifying and addressing operational, financial and technological risks within the business
• Track and analyze project deployment issues
• Assist with the development and execution of test plans
• Identify and communicate opportunities for process improvements
• Provide current and future state process mapping in support of project requirements
• Maintaining, testing and improving business and systems operations
• Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders
• Identifying and capitalizing on improvement opportunities
• Identifying innovative ways to increase customer satisfaction
• Evaluating the performance of project teams to ensure that targets and deadlines are met
• Communicating ideas and viewpoints to senior management
• Acting as a liaison between business and IT groups

Job Qualifications:
• 7+ years of industry related work experience in a professional or management capacity
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Accounting, IT or any related field
• Proficiency in MS Project, Visio, Excel, Word, PowerPoint
• Knowledge of Microsoft Access is advantageous
• The ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Solid understanding of Business Requirements gathering phase and translating user stories to applicable implementation strategies
• Highly productive, both working alone and in a team environment
• Multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced, customer driven environment
• Expertise in the Data Visualization utilizing various reporting tools.
• Ability to work independently, conduct research, and present findings.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, with ability to write formal reports.
• Data Quality and Business Intelligence Best Practices knowledge.
• Superior client facing and consulting skills.
