Job Duties:
Develop custom solutions within the Salesforce platform to support critical business functions and meet project objectives and client requirements.
Leverage effective communication with project managers, business teams and other developers on projects to ensure effective collaboration throughout all phases of development, testing and deployment.
Work with Salesforce product suite including sales, service, and marketing clouds, as well as the force.com platform to develop solutions to internal client requirements.
Provide system administration support of internal and customer-facing Salesforce environment, especially related to customized applications, user permissions, security settings, custom objects, and automations.
Automate business application process. Transform and integrates data.
Develop strategic accelerators on the force.com platform. Conduct unit-testing and defect resolution.
Identify areas of improvement and functional gaps in Salesforce applications. Create and maintain technical documentation including process documentation, naming and commenting conventions and Salesforce policies/procedures.
Evaluate, install, and administer AppExchange applications. Collaborate with technical design and documentation.
Provide post-production support. Execute full lifecycle deployments from development to sandbox production.

Job Requirements:
Employer will accept a Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field and two (2) years of experience in the job offered or in a software development related occupation.
Alternatively, employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field with five (5) years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or in a software development related occupation.
Position requires two years of experience in the following :
Apex, Lightning, Visualforce, SOQL, SOSL, Web Services, Sales Cloud, Services Cloud, and Pardot;
Data transformation and integration using SOAP and REST API;
Salesforce automation tools (Process Builder, Workflows, Formulas, Flows, or Validation rules);
Develop enterprise-level salesforce.com projects utilizing waterfall and agile methodologies throughout the lifecycle;
Salesforce.com configuration, including workflows, validation rules, and security settings;
Designing and developing software components;
database design; and
Integrating salesforce.com with different business systems, as well as working with integration tools including ETL, CPQ, marketing automation, and reporting.
