Must provide performance-oriented training using the TRADOC-approved Program of Instruction (POI). The full spectrum of training includes but is not limited to: classroom (platform and group) training; hands-on/practical exercise training; role playing; simulation/virtual training; and field exercise training. Training may be for resident and non-resident training courses and in support of mobile training.
Shall also participate as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in developing revisions of the POIs, Lesson Plans and Training Support Packages (TSPs) to remedy any deficiencies or shortcomings identified during the preparation for and conduct of instruction. Conduct of instruction shall also be in support of specialized training requirements or the training of new systems.
**REQUIRED:**
- Must have 6 years of MOS operational experience as a Cryptologic Linguist (US Army MOS 35P / US Air Force AFSC 1N3/1A8, or US Marine Corps equivalent specialty) in support of authorized intelligence activities as defined by AR 381-10 within the last 10 years.
- Must have completed one of the military courses 35P (or equivalent from another service), WOBC, WOAC
- Must have received an Honorable discharge
- Must have a current score of at least 2/2 on the DLPT V reading and listening sections of Arabic. The candidate must also maintain proficiency in the target language for the duration of employment as assessed on the DLPT V annually or after any significant language training event greater than 6 weeks in length.
- Must have a minimum of an Interim TS or final TS/SCI
- Must submit to a CI Polygraph IAW AR381-20 in order to teach. Candidates who do not take a CI polygraph or do not obtain a favorable result from a CI polygraph may not perform on this contract. Candidates who have previously failed a CSP will be denied access to secure facilities
- Bachelor's Degree. Two additional years of operational experience may be substituted, provide the experience is directly related to the position description.
**PREFERRED:**
- Previously completed the Common Faculty Development - Instructor Course (CFD-IC) and Small Group Instructor Training or DOD/Service equivalent program certifications.
* If instructor candidates do not possess these qualifications, the candidate must be able to pass the requisite USAICoE-provide course on the first iteration made available by the government and maintain such certifications throughout the duration of employment.
- Instructor certification requirements as specified in TRADOC Regulation 350-70 and AETCI 36-2202 and as supplemented in local regulatory policies.
- Current experience related to current MI doctrine, recent or draft changes and fieldings of the Army Field Manuals, Regulations, and DOD related Intelligence Operations for the identified position.
