Core Responsibilities: Collaborate closely with BU sales and marketing teams to create highly reliable forecasts for new product launches and promotions. Work closely with the sales and marketing team to create aligned and agreed theme and/or account level plans (flows). Using historical data, drive benchmark analysis to suggest the correct forecast levels for key SKU’s. Develop SKU level forecast based on insights received from other teams and statistical models provided by the systems. Connect short-term and long-term plans between BU team and Regional DP team to ensure correct inventory levels across the value chain. Monitor the BU performance and initiate corrective actions if necessary based on the findings. Be an active participant in the S&OP process and facilitate key meetings together with the BU DP team. Play your part in our team succeeding. The BU SMTR Operations team ensures seamless flow of information from our direct and distributor markets to the supply chain and flow of goods back to the markets. Collaborative planning with sales and marketing teams, deep partnership with the regional Supply Chain Operations team, and customers are key to being successful. Having the right forecast allows the LEGO Group to minimize excess inventory in own DC’s and customers, ensure product availability in the right place, in the right quantity, and at the right time. Do you have what it takes? Degree in Supply Chain Operations or Business equivalent working experience. 3-5 years experience within forecasting and/or Sales & Operations (S&OP). High analytic abilities and computer literacy (SAP, Excel, Tableau, PowerBI). Experience working in a cross-functional environment. Strong communication skills, must be fluent in spoken and written English. Experience within FMCG or Branded goods' companies. Analytical mindset. Strong collaborative and communication skills.
