QUALIFICATIONS:
Hold a Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
Possess SAP technical certification in the supported product - SAP FI/CO/PS/GM/FM certifications.
Hold certification in at least one formal development methodology.
Accumulate a minimum of seven years of experience in Information Technology, with at least five years in a Functional Analyst role within specified SAP solutions, selected from the following:

SAP Business Suite (ERP, SRM, SCM, CRM
Ariba Network
SAP Solution Manage
Business Workflow
Business Process Management (BPM)
Business Warehouse

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

Demonstrated experience in Enterprise Applications Integration with a focus on implementing enterprise-grade Financial systems, applications, integrations, and infrastructure.
Familiarity with SAP systems, applications, integrations, and infrastructure.
Experience with On-Premises and Cloud Application Management and Support.
Experience in SAP Finance HANA implementation.
Strong technical proficiency in interfaces, LSMW, User Exits, BADIs, enhancements, and Proxy development.
Experience with SAP PI/PO integrations.
Knowledge of REDWOOD SAP Batch scheduling process.
Demonstrated relevant technical expertise in a Subject Matter Expert capacity.
Experience in Oracle E-Business Suite Development and Execution.
Proficiency in Extract, Transform, and Load Technologies.
Strong experience with and general knowledge of other disciplines within IT, including IT Strategy, IT Operations, and Enterprise Architecture.
Excellent communication skills, capable of effective collaboration with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including senior executives.
Proven ability to establish and maintain relationships both within the business and with external/internal customers.
Experience driving change within large nationwide organizations.
Extensive programming and/or systems analysis experience.
Broad understanding of information systems and application architecture standards.

SKILL SET (Must Have):

Previous experience working with financial reporting, financial systems, and financial and audit processes.
Strong ability to communicate technical concepts, terms, and language to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Excellent troubleshooting experience.
Functional knowledge of various SAP application components including FI, AP, AR, CO & PS
Experience with SAP FM and GM PS.
Prior experience with ECC Migration to S/4 HANA, including custom code migration.
Possession of SAP Certifications including HANA certification.
