The Nurse Supervisor will ensure day to day operations of the CrisisCare Center run effectively and efficiently while working to foster a calm, welcoming, engaging and professional atmosphere. The Nurse Supervisor will oversee the CrisisCare Center Respite Unit and Crisis Stabilization Unit and support staff to perform their duties safely, effectively and timely. The Nurse Supervisor will ensure continuous work flow processes that lead to consumer engagement, rapid access and admission to services, consumer satisfaction and staff effectiveness. Work hours may occasionally vary to ensure supervision is adequate on all shifts to meet staffing needs. The Nurse Supervisor will demonstrate knowledge of co-occurring disorders and appropriate interventions.

Requirements

  • Requires completion of Registered Nursing, RN, Program and current license as an RN, Registered Nurse in the State of Oklahoma.
  • Minimum one to two years supervisory experience is required; previous experience working with clients with mental illness and co-occurring disorders and or substance abuse.
  • Must possess a valid Driver's License and satisfactory driving record and use personal automobile to travel to locations other than primary office.
