Job Type Full-timeDescriptionJob Summary: Responsible for cleanliness, maintenance and general upkeep of center buildings and grounds. Duties/Responsibilities:Demonstrates and abides by the Company Core Values and the operating principles.Performs general janitorial duties in an office, such as cleaning, dusting, washing windows, and moving and polishing furniture and equipment. Sweeps, mops, and polishes floors. Vacuums and spot clean carpets.Empties trash receptables. Assists in the relocation of center equipment and furniture.Performs minor maintenance repairs. Arranges for repair of office equipment and utilities.Transports students as authorized. Ensures that all tools and equipment are in good repair.Attends required staff training sessions as required.Performs other duties as assigned.RequirementsQualifications: Minimum: High school diploma or GED. Six months experience.Preferred: One year or more work-related experience.Knowledge: Must possess a valid State driver's license. Ability to obtain and maintain CPR/FA certification. Ability to operate power tools.
