Experience in customer service and driving 18ft step vans is a plus.About Us: My name is Devry and I manage the Salinas Depot for Advanced Linen Service. We are HQ'd in Patterson CA, but recently opened a depot where we service customers in Monterey, Pacific Grove, Salinas, Carmel & Big Sur. We are family owned & operated for over 20 yearsAbout the Role: In this role you will be responsible for delivering clean linens to customers, addressing all their needs & concerns and bringing back dirty linens in a timely fashion to service our customers.Requirements:Customer Oriented & Professional. As a Route Specialist, you are the face of the company for our customers.Safely operate a delivery vehicle on each trip, following all applicable laws and company policy. Maintain vehicle cleanliness and perform regular vehicle inspections.Maintain customer and company inventory according to set par levels on customer invoices.Candidate Requirements:Ability to multi task and work efficiently.- Physical Demands - sitting, grasping, driving stooping, kneeling, reaching overhead, moving carts up to 500 lbs., lifting up to 75 lbs., standing, walking, writing, speaking, hearing.Have and maintain a valid drivers license.- Have and maintain a driving record free of chargeable accidents, speeding or safety violations.Ability to build rapport with customers and maintain relationships.Having a deep understanding of your customers and their needs and keeping inventory properly stocked.Benefits:Competitive PayMedical & Dental401k MatchPaid Vacation - We are growing rapidly and we are looking to fill 2 positions immediately and 1 position in 3 months.
