Server/Bartender

Calle Cantina, a vibrant Mexican/Latin restaurant in Hinsdale, IL, is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Server/Bartender. This role combines the art of hospitality with the excitement of mixology.

Responsibilities:

Serving: Greet and seat guests, provide menus, and offer recommendations. Take accurate food and beverage orders, ensuring guest satisfaction. Deliver food and drinks in a timely manner, maintaining knowledge of menu items and ingredients.

Bartending: Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. Maintain bar inventory and cleanliness. Adhere to liquor service regulations and responsible serving practices.

Guest Service: Build rapport with guests, providing excellent customer service. Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

Teamwork: Collaborate with the kitchen and service team to ensure efficient operations. Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.

Qualifications: Previous experience in the food and beverage industry, with a strong emphasis on guest service. Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of liquor service regulations and responsible serving practices. Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and calculations. Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $14.77 - $16.91 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week
