Work you will do: s a Project Manager at Atlas, you will lead and oversee the delivery of multiple projects from inception to completion. You will be responsible for ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. Your ability to manage cross-functional teams and integrate various project elements seamlessly will be crucial.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop detailed project plans to monitor and track progress, ensuring resource availability and allocation. Manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques. Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques. Report and escalate to management as needed. Successfully manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders. Perform risk management to minimize project risks. Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors. Role Summary: In this pivotal role, you will act as a liaison among project stakeholders to elicit, analyze, communicate and validate features for new functionality/existing systems. Your strong interpersonal skills and proficiency in project management software tools will enable you to excel in this position. You will apply your knowledge of frameworks like Agile to manage projects efficiently while adapting to evolving requirements.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. 2-4 years of project management experience, ideally in a matrixed organization within commercial, medical, or digital sectors. Demonstrated ability to lead projects with minimal guidance and to bring in the relevant actors such as compliance, legal, finance at the appropriate times. Highly organized and capable of using diverse project management frameworks and methodologies. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other project management tools. General understanding of new technologies, including AI and GenAI. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders across the organization.
