? Configure and customize Workday HCM, Advanced Compensation & Performance modules based on business requirements and industry best practices.

? Configure Compensation Plans like Bonus, Merit, and Stock Plans

? Roll out compensation plans to eligible employees.

? Process year-end compensation review for employees including merit awards, bonus plans with performance factors, and grant stock.

? Manage exceptions in compensation review.?

Generate Compensation Review Statement.
