SUMMARY

Monitor the delivery of raw material and rotation of storage areas and assist truck drivers when needed. Technician will perform routine inspections, cleaning and preventive maintenance on the front-end loader. Technician will consistently load designated raw material into process metering bins as well as load fiber trucks and the reclaim bin to maintain a target level in the overbed silo. Performing routine tasks such as rounds, inspections and cleaning of the wood yard area to maintain the performance of the equipment and process.

** Requirements**

This position will be required to work a rotating shift schedule including days, nights and weekends.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

High School Diploma or GED certificate

Fork truck or heavy equipment certification or previous experience operating heavy equipment

Mechanical aptitude

Basic computer skills

Actual work experience in an industrial manufacturing environment

Excellent interpersonal skills

Courteous and respectful attitude when dealing with vendors and suppliers

Keen attention to detail

Exceptional service orientation

The ability to lift up to 50 lbs without assistance.
