Responsibilities:

Export Compliance Specialist (Senior) - Crystal City, VA

Responsible to assist the Government in facilitating export related policy activities and support the F-35 Export Compliance Office including preparation and coordination of presentations for committee review, interacting with applicable interagency partners.

Department of State for export licenses, and interpreting/maintaining export-related documentation.

Duties will include:

  • Maintaining knowledge of export compliance standards and regulations
  • Manage activities with International Traffic in Arms regulations (ITAR) including licensing and process reviews
  • Support briefing activities to update leadership and staff of current export compliance issues and status
Qualifications:

Required Experience / Education:
  • Experience with flag-officer level briefings and senior-level interface
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Low Observable / Counter-Low Observable (LO/CLO) LO/CLO aircraft programs and systems
  • Master's degree
  • Or -
    • Bachelor's degree plus 4 years additional work experience related to import/export related functions
  • 10 years' experience performing duties related to import/export of Government logistics
  • TS/SCI SAR clearance
