We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Project Manager to join our grants team. The successful candidate will manage all aspects of grant projects, from proposal development to project completion and reporting, working closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful implementation. Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and maintaining quality standards. Adept at balancing competing demands and adapting to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment. This position is full-time and qualifies for hybrid-remote work after an in-office training period as determined by the manager. Required onsite workdays will be at our clinic in Hood River, Oregon.
Position Overview:
Research and identify suitable funding opportunities.
Develop and submit grant proposals with budgets and project plans.
Project Planning and Implementation:
Create detailed project plans and timelines.
Coordinate activities and resources for project success.
Grant Compliance and Reporting:
Ensure compliance with grant agreements and regulations.
Prepare and submit progress and financial reports.
Maintain comprehensive records of grant activities.
Stakeholder Engagement:
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
Maintain positive relationships with funders and stakeholders.
Capacity Building:
Support program staff with grant management best practices.
Identify opportunities for process improvement.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (advanced degree preferred).
3 years of grant or project management experience, within the past 10 years.
Proven success in securing and managing grants.
Strong understanding of grant regulations and compliance.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work collaboratively and build positive relationships.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualification:
Project Management Professional certification (PMP)
Experience in healthcare setting.
Experience with grant management software, specifically EUNA.

Compensation:
Salaried/Exempt: Starting at $60,000, increases depending on experience
Bilingual Differential: Additionally, we offer $0.75 per hour as compensation for bilingual proficiency in both English and Spanish.
