Join our Environment and Health department as our new Senior Project Manager and work with us to close the gap to a sustainable future. Your new role As our new Senior Project Manager, you will join our stellar team that supports clients with a wide range of environmental issues. We invite you to bring your Remediation Design Engineering and Project Management experience into play as you prepare designs in support of existing environmental remediation projects in the New York, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania areas. To succeed in this role, you must have a degree in Civil, Environmental, Geoenvironmental or Chemical Engineering and have approximately 12 to 16 years of relevant experience. You will join our Engineering Resources Team in the Design & Engineering practice within the Environment & Health Market. Your key responsibilities will include: Execute Engineering Design tasks in support of key projects/programs, including Remedial Investigations, Feasibility Studies, Remedial Designs, Remedial Actions, and post-remediation OM&M Provide engineering design support for the remediation of contaminated soils, sediments, surface water and groundwater involving remedies such as excavation, capping, containment, in-situ and ex-situ treatment and subsurface vapor mitigation Coordinate the development and finalization of technical documents ( e.g. , work plans, remedial design plans and specifications, construction completion reports, permit applications, etc. ) pursuant to regulatory requirements (i.e., NYSDEC DER-10) Assist in the development of project execution strategies, and successfully track project activities related to scope, schedule, and budget Interact with existing and prospective clients and integrate with collaborative project teams made up of Engineers, Geologists and Scientists Serve as mentor to Early-Career Engineers. Your new team As part of the Design and Engineering practice, you will be part of a creative group, filled with people who are really excited about solving clients’ problems and creating sustainable solutions for them. You will work with all levels of technical expertise from entry level team members to members with decades of experience, many of whom are subject matter experts in their own fields.
