The Project Manager I plans and manages all aspects of assigned projects to ensure that objectives are accomplished within the prescribed timeline and budget. How Youll Make Us Better Lead, drive, and coordinate with functional business stakeholders and vendors to define and document project scope, requirements, timelines, and resources Deliver projects to meet deadlines and complete project deliverables in accordance with leaderships expectations Develop and maintain project plan and schedule Manage issues and risks that have the potential to negatively impact the successful delivery of projects on time and within budget Manage multiple related and unrelated projects simultaneously Communicate effectively with all stakeholders regarding project tasks, issues, risks, timelines, and assignments Coordinate work across teams from multiple business units, including both internal and external business partners, to ensure accountability for task completion Prepare project status reports for management, client, or others Your Special Skills Good written and oral communication skills Good organizational skills Good problem?solving skills Prerequisites for Success High school diploma or equivalent required Bachelors degree in business or a technical discipline preferred One year of project management experience within a PMI framework with a degree required; four years required with no degree Orthodontic, dental, or healthcare industry experience and CAPM or PMP preferred Intermediate knowledge of project management methodologies Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft applications Basic knowledge of Smartsheet Benefits Competitive salary Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance Short and long?term disability coverage 401(k) plan 3 weeks paid time off in your first year plus paid holidays Discounts on braces and clear aligners for you and your family members Why Smile Doctors?
