Description

Responsibilities include:
  • Communicate with callers and visitors in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner. Answer phone inquiries and provide basic company information
  • Monitor front desk and comply with all security procedures for visitors
  • Preparing communications such as memos, emails, reports and other correspondence.
  • Completing clerical work, including filing, printing, responding to emails, and organizing and preparing documents.
  • Managing data in spreadsheets and reports.
  • Keeping records and reports up to date.
  • Maintaining electronic and physical document management systems for administrative function of the company.
  • Tracking projects and helping to drive team efforts toward shared goals and key deliverables, including taking initiative to follow up on outstanding items.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.
Basic Qualifications
  • Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Familiarity with the Google Suite of products (Drive, Sheets, Docs)
  • 3 - 5+ years administrative support experience
  • Ability to work in the office during regular business hours Monday-Friday and occasional special events as needed
  • Basic understanding of financing terminology
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Passion and enthusiasm for Kona's culture and mission to Be Good. Do Good. For Good.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 3 - 5 years of experience
  • Associates or Bachelors Degree
