You will proactively develop, analyze, and interpret key financial performance indicators in terms of profitability, performance against budget, and trends in order to recommend corrective action to our executive leadership team. You will also coordinate and direct the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts, and institute and maintain other planning and control procedures. You'll work hand in hand with other departmental leaders to assist with budget compliance, and will conduct budget and analysis training as needed. **Qualifications** **Education and Experience:** + Bachelors degree in a related field required. + Minimum of five (5) years of accounting and finance experience in a large organization, with at least three of those years in healthcare required. + Minimum of three (3) years of managerial experience is required. \#LI-DH **Pay Range** $65.48 - $94.95 /hour We are an equal opportunity/affirmative action employer.
