We are looking for an experienced technical data Analyst who is an expert at analytics methodologies as it relates to Gen AI measurement, incrementality measurement frameworks and driving change management. We are building Gen AI capabilities across the team of 650+ analysts and want the analyst to lead the development of platform business analytics across all Intuit Assist offerings. Must have deep knowledge of ETL and data warehousing. As we will need to ensure we can create new new source to target mapping for Gen OS metrics and product clickstream data. Driving data models and definitions:

Creating a single source of truth for multiple analytics and AI teams to extract value from data, delivering scalable, repeatable, effective, and meeting the expectations of various stakeholders and leaders. In addition, provide ongoing recommendations to leadership utilizing complex data, business knowledge, and strategic assumptions when data doesnt exist. Partner closely with applied scientists, engineers, and designers to lead a cross-functional roadmap spanning investments in modeling, customer experiences and scalable infrastructure Communication and Change Management:

You will guide product analytics teams using data and insights. You will focus on developing hypotheses and employ a diverse toolkit of rigorous analytical approaches, different methodologies, frameworks, and technical approaches to test them. You wont simply present data, but tell data-driven stories. You will convince and influence leaders using clear insights and recommendations. You will build credibility through structure and clarity, and be a trusted strategic partner Analytics Methodologies:

You will create learning and measurement plans for experiments and campaigns to define instrumentation and data collection requirements. By partnering with data engineering to scale and automate analytics on new products and initiatives, you will build reports to drive discussions, facilitate decision-making, and provide actionable insights. You can identify the data needed for a business problem and implement logging required to ensure availability of data, while working with data infrastructure to triage issues and resolve. 5+ years of experience working with different data and analytics domains such as service operations, e-commerce marketplace, customer care, product, finance, and marketing. Experience influencing at senior leadership levels and driving cross-functional teams Advanced proficiency in data modeling and mapping business needs into data design and modeling. Drive the design, building, and launching of new data models and data pipelines in production. Ability to simplify stories with data and be concise in the insights and how they drive outcomes with leadership and stakeholders Excellent problem-solving skills and end-to-end quantitative thinking Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously to meet objectives and critical deadlines Outstanding communication skills with both technical and non-technical colleagues Proactive and inquisitive learner... seeks out and capitalizes on opportunities for change that enhance the business, rather than reacting to circumstances Strong organization, time management, and task prioritization skills Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Data Analytics, Finance, Advanced Analytics, a related field or equivalent work experience.
