**Description:**
The Customer Service Associate locates training providers that facilitate webinars or in-person presentations for employees in their local area. This would be a hybrid position with a mixture of home and office working days.
**Responsibilities:**
* Collaborate with the Global Learning Solutions Team.
* Receive and process Global training requests by p erforming searches for training providers based on request and need for training.
* Conduct brief interviews via phone with potential trainers.
* Send and collect necessary documents from new trainers. Upload new information and maintain existing records.
* Assist in projects to recruit qualified trainers with a focus on target locations.
* Complete ad hoc projects or tasks as assigned by management.
**Requirements**
* Fluent in Spanish preferred
* Bachelors or Associates Degree
* A basic knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
* Well-honed web research skills.
* An effective communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.
* Organized with the ability to manage multiple deadlines in an efficient and productive manner.
* Collaborative nature.
