Your Role and Responsibilities * Conduct assessments and provide therapy to students with speech and language disorders. * Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address each student's needs. * Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to promote students' academic and social success. * Monitor and document student progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed. * Participate in IEP meetings and maintain compliance with state and federal regulations.
