Human Resources Business Partner Remote/Hybrid Amplity Health has a current opportunity for an experienced, strategic and agile Human Resource Business Partner to join our team. Position Summary The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) is responsible for consulting with managers and supporting our colleagues on strategies and experiences to best enable business growth and sustain a high performing culture. An employee champion with a business mindset, the HRBP proactively identifies needs and challenges, then implements data-driven solutions that serve to enhance the onboarding experience, drive client performance, champion change, and foster a highly engaged and inclusive culture. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Strategic Business Partnering: Collaborate with senior leadership to understand business goals and develop HR strategies that support organizational objectives. Provide guidance and advice on HR-related matters, including talent management, organizational development, employee engagement, and workforce planning. Talent Management: Develop and implement talent development initiatives, including succession planning, leadership development programs, and performance management processes. Provide coaching and support to managers on employee relations issues, including performance improvement plans, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution. Organizational Development: Identify opportunities to enhance organizational effectiveness and drive continuous improvement through organizational design, change management, and culture initiatives. Partner with business leaders to assess and address skill gaps and development needs within the organization. Facilitate workshops and training sessions on topics related to leadership development, team effectiveness, and employee engagement. HR Operations: Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations. Manage employee relations issues, including investigations, grievances, and legal matters, in collaboration with legal counsel as needed. Support compensation and benefits programs, including salary benchmarking, incentive plans, and benefits administration. Work with managers and colleagues to foster positive work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention Lead and participate in people programs and solutions as needed HR Analytics and Reporting: Utilize HR data and metrics to inform decision-making and drive business outcomes. Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies based on data insights. Collaborate with HR colleagues to maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices. Education/Experience and Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. A minimum of 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with a focus on business partnering and strategic HR initiatives. SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification preferred. Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills. Proven ability to build effective relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Demonstrated experience leading and managing HR projects and initiatives from conception to completion. Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data to drive decision-making and measure impact. High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality. Experience supporting leadership on organizational development and change management initiatives.
