* Du organisierst Serviceleistungen, die Rckgabe und -erstattung betreffen

* Du bringst dich aktiv mit gern gesehenen Verbesserungsmglichkeiten ein

* Schnelle Problemlsung bei den Herausforderungen des Tagesgeschftes

* Dokumentation aller Kundenkontakte und Ablufe in unseren Systemen

* Enge Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Abteilungen (Logistik, Lieferanten, Einkauf)
