Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain a clean and safe parking lot environment by sweeping and restocking carts
  • Assist members with their purchases, loading vehicles, and answering any questions they may have
  • Provide exceptional customer service to members across the club
  • Resolve member issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Support the implementation of company policies and procedures
Requirements:
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects (up to 25 lbs)
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field preferred
