The Treasury Analyst role is responsible for:
  • Central point of contact for bank/financial institution relationship, in line with Corporate Guidelines and in close cooperation with group Finance/Treasury which owns the global bank relationship
  • Manage and check daily cash balances and ensure adequate liquidity for legal entities in the Americas to make payments and settle inter-company lending and capital injections.
  • Forecast cash flow and identify related borrowing needs considering cash payments, working capital, investment needs and budget requirements.
  • Work with other functions and locations to produce weekly/monthly cash flow report, and analyze difference between forecast and actual.
  • Steer and manage obligations out of financial contracts (internal and external reporting)
  • Mange Accounts Receivables Factoring Program
  • Ensure treasury activities are in compliance with treasury policies, accounting guidelines, governance policies and internal controls including fraud prevention policies
What you will need:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance
  • 2-4 years of treasury experience with a large company with multiple locations, including international
  • Ability to consolidate and summarize data to be used for decision making
  • Effective analytical and problem solving skills
  • Detailed oriented with the ability to create and manage advanced spreadsheets
  • Project management skills
  • Experience with SAP preferred
  • Experience with ITS preferred
  • Experience working with large diverse teams
  • Experience working with international groups
  • Problem solver, good human relationships, flexible, patient
