And that's how we create better together.Job Title:Medical Education Lab CoordinatorReports To:Sr. Manager, Medical EducationLocation:DallasBusiness Unit Description:Foot & AnkleRole Summary:The Foot & Ankle division is a growing and dynamic team that is looking for a motivated candidate to be a Medical Education Lab Coordinator and jump start their career. The successful candidate will be responsible for operation and management of Enovis' Foot & Ankle labs and lab processes. Duties will include both onsite (Lewisville, Houston, and Atlanta) cadaver labs as well as lab coordination for all field-based lab request for our Sales, Marketing, and R&D teams.Key Responsibilities:The following are the primary duties and responsibilities of this role. Other related duties may be assigned to meet the business need. Order tissue/specimens for labsBe responsible for lab set up/clean upPerform inventory sterile processing of workshop sets and instrumentsOversee lab inventoryMaintain lab to state and local regulationsSupport offsite Sales, Marketing, MedEd labs, when neededDesign and streamline lab processesKeep Medical Education surrounding area clean, safe, and organizedMinimum Basic Qualifications3+ years related experience with inventory management and lab coordinationWorking Knowledge of Microsoft Office SuiteAbility to travel up to 40%Work environment | Physical DemandsClimate controlled workspaceAbility to sit or stand for extended periods of timeDesired CharacteristicsHandles challenges well; solves problems effectively and can lead change with speedExperience and/or background in the Orthopedic and Medical Device industry is not mandatory, but would be a "nice to have"Ability to communicate clearly, professionally, and effectively with management, co-workers, and other departmentsManages workload efficiently and effectively"Creating better together".
