Job Title: Order Entry Specialist
Pay: $25-$30HR (Depending on Experience)
Duration: 3 Month Contract to Hire
Schedule: On-Site M-F (Start time between 7:30-8am)
Primary Job Duty:
+ Under only general supervision, maintain current and potential customer relationships, including but not limited to, quoting, product pricing, order entry, follow-up, purchase order review, resolution, development of new customer accounts, and coordinating customer requirements with other cross-functional departments as applicable. Employee expected to spend the majority of their time on the duties described herein.
Responsibilities:
+ Obtain customer profile
+ Prepare quotes, send, and maintain files
+ Process purchase orders
+ Provide drawings and other forms of product media to assist customers
+ Develop and maintain product knowledge
+ Enter new product part numbers, pricing, and delivery details
+ Customarily and regularly exercise independent discretion and judgment on matters of significance with respect to all job responsibilities, including those described herein
+ Other duties as assigned
Additional Skills and Qualifications:
+ Bachelor Degree is not necessary
+ 2+ years of purchase order experience
+ Administrative experience
+ Experience in manufacturing is a plus but not necessary, there best employee is from retail
+ People person, able to interact with all departments and different divisions
+ MS office; word, excel good working knowledge
+ Knowledge of operation methods
+ Good oral and written communication skills
+ Able to handle multiple job functions simultaneously
+ Ability to work independently and establish priorities with minimum supervision
+ Good organizational skills
+ Maintain a professional appearance and positive company image
+ Good interpersonal and human interaction relationship skills
+ Self motivated, willing to learn and expand ones knowledge
