Shift/Schedule: Day shift
Lead role in purchasing and supply chain strategic planning, development, and related systems and initiatives for Fullerton Tool as well as management and leadership for the Raw Materials Department.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

- Lead by example by exemplifying our core values.
- Make H&S and Quality top priorities within your departments as well as adherence to Fullerton's LMA leader guidelines.
- Manage our product supply chain ensuring we have robust supplier development plan, supply management as well as timely sourcing, purchasing, and inventory systems ensuring that Fullerton has the supply we need to run our business effectively.
- Purchasing responsibilities to include all of Fullerton production materials, capital equipment, shipping and production supplies.
- Coordinate purchasing process thru the three-way match with accounting, investigate any discrepancies and process adjustments with vendors as needed
- Work on strategic supply chain planning initiatives related to the company's vision and goals.
- Supervision and leadership of the Raw Material Departments at Fullerton East and West. Ensure best practices are in place and followed.
- Coordinate and lead weekly or bi-weekly L10 (EOS system) meetings with your team.
- Drive improvement in teams and company through effective (EOS system) scorecards, goals and rocks.
- Leadership, effective communication, and organization skills are essential.
- 5+ years of supply chain and/or purchasing experience.
- Strong comprehension and working experience with accounting practices.
- 5+ years in manufacturing company preferred.
- Computer skills that include: MS products including Excel and Access, as well as ERP systems.
- Proven analytical skills with strength in data and statistics.
Equipment Used
Computer, measuring tools including: calipers, micrometers, gage blocks, microscope and scales.
Working Conditions
Working with carbide in various forms.
Working with international vendors and time zones.
Physical Requirements
Must be comfortable working with hands and be able to lift 50lbs. Must be able to stand, reach, do repetitive tasks, reach and bend for the duration of the day.
Pay Range: $18 - $25 per hour
