Employment Type:Full timeShift:Day ShiftDescription:We are looking to hire a full time Registered Nurse for our Cath Lab - Prep/Recovery area at our Nampa hospitalThis unit typically works 4, ten hour shifts that are primarily day hours with the exception of one later shift a week. With call requirements.As a RN working Prep and Recovery for the Cath Lab will:Care for adult patients with cardiac illness or injuryWork in a tight knit team and a department that can be fast pacedWhat you can expect:RN's working in the unit can expect to care for patients who have undergone procedures such as heart catherization, pacemaker insertion, balloon pump insertion, and other cardiac proceduresTo be with the patient through prep/recovery until they are discharged or assigned a bedWork on a 6 bed unitWhat you will need to start work with us:Licensed as a Registered Nurse in Idaho. if multistate license must registered with Idaho Board of Nursing within 60days.BLS certification at date of hireAmerican Heart Association Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support for HealthCare Provider (ACLS) certification within 6 months of hireExperienced nurses preferredAbout Saint AlphonsusColleagues of Saint Alphonsus Health System enjoy competitive compensation with a full benefits package and opportunity for growth throughout SAHS and Trinity Health.
