Job Title: Laborer

Job Description:

Aerotek is hiring immediately for laborers in Berlin, NH This is an opportunity for candidates who want to learn the iron working trade. The company will hire a skilled or unskilled construction laborer who will work as a general laborer on current projects for six months and receive training as an iron worker. After the six-month contract, they will be converted to a full-time iron worker.
- Will assist on site with set-up, clean-up, and break-down.
- Will assist the foreman with various labor tasks on site.
- Will carry equipment to different parts of the site to be set up for the skilled workers.
- Will shadow skilled laborers to learn the trade and company operations.
  • Pay rate: $16 - $25 an hour based on experience

Qualifications:
- Construction labor experience (skilled or general labor, iron working, welding, or sheet metal)
- Experience working on commercial construction sites
-Welding experience
Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Berlin, New Hampshire.
Work Environment

They will report directly to the construction site every day. Work hours are from 7am-3:30pm each day, with potential for longer days depending on the job. The candidate will be working on site every day.
