Construction Project Manager - Commercial Join to apply for the Construction Project Manager - Commercial role at The Garrett Companies. This range is provided by The Garrett Companies. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience talk with your recruiter to learn more. Base pay range $125,000.00/hr - $185,000.00/hr Responsibilities Oversee and direct construction projects from conception to completion Review the project in depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors Select tools, materials and equipment and track inventory Meet contractual conditions of performance Review the work progress on a daily basis Prepare internal and external reports pertaining to job status Plan ahead to prevent problems and resolve any emerging ones Negotiate terms of agreements, draft contracts and obtain permits and licenses Analyze, manage and mitigate risks Ensure quality construction standards and the proper construction techniques are used Provide training and education to Garrett Companies personnel as needed to ensure a successful project Act as a mentor to Project Engineers to support their professional growth Requirements Previous experience managing multi?family construction projects Positive attitude Relentless problem?solving skills Ability to anticipate challenges and devise proactive solutions Travel Requirements Travel to active project sites and markets within the specified region as needed Why You Should Work With Us At The Garrett Companies, we pursue excellence relentlessly.
