Job Summary

The Lawndale Elementary School District has an opening for a full-time Custodian to work at W. Anderson Elementary School. This position is a 12-month, 8-hour/day, position that accumulates one paid vacation and sick day per month of employment. In addition, LESD pays 100% for employee health/welfare benefits (medical, dental, vision, etc). Dependent coverage is at a cost to the employee. In addition, LESD provides a $1,000 per year career enrichment program for employees. Requirements / Qualifications

Full time 8 hrs/day at W. Anderson Elementary School
Monday - Friday 2 p.m. - 10:30 p.m.

Current LESD Employees may submit a reassignment request form and required documents to the District Office by the closing date and time. The Reassignment Request form can be obtained on Ed-Join (see link), HR's webpage, or from the District Office. Substitute employees must apply on Edjoin.

Requirements: Please attach all required documents, your resume, a copy of your driver's license, and a copy of your high school diploma or higher degree (preferred) to your Edjoin application (pdf format works best). All applicants must take and pass a multiple-choice Scanton test with a passing score of 70% or better. NOTE: If selected for the position, you must have the ability to be covered by District Auto Insurance and pass a physical examination paid by LESD.
