Physician Sourcer

The Physician Sourcer will manage physician and advanced practice professional specific job postings, review, and screen resumes, and coordinate initial interviews with physician recruiter. Must know how to utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and industry events, to identify and engage potential physician candidates. Be the subject matter expert with ATS, CRM campaigns, sourcing resources, and new AI recruitment tools to develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified physicians for current and future hiring needs.

Required:

• Experience in healthcare sourcing
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Doximity).

Preferred:

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Physician sourcing experience
