This is not your typical technician role—it'sabout offering value-driven solutions, ensuring customers’ systems run at peak performance, and closing sales that make sense for the customer’s needs.What We Do• Clean, adjust, and repair HVAC systems, including air handling units, ductwork, vents, and condensation drainage• Troubleshoot HVAC systems and equipment to diagnose issues• Perform emergency repairs promptly and efficiently• Ensure compliance with appliance standards and Occupational Health and Safety regulations• Track HVAC repairs and work completed in trade software (ServiceTitan)• Engage with customers to inform them of issues, solutions, and outcomes, and recommend products/services for optimal system performanceWhat You Need• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an HVAC Service Technician• EPA 608 Universal Certification required• Valid U.S. Driver’s License with a clean record• Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screening (subject to applicable law)• Strong work ethic with a willingness to learnComprehensive Benefits- Medical, Dental, Vision, Group Life, HSA, and 401(k) with company match• Paid Time Off - Paid holidays, vacation (after 90 days), parental leave, and birthday payBenefits:Medical, Prescription, Dental, Vision, Group Life, HSA, Matching 401k benefitsEducation and Tuition AssistancePaid HolidaysPaid Vacation after 90 DaysParental Leave
