We are looking for a results-oriented individual to join our team as a sales analyst. The Sales Analyst is responsible for supporting sales leadership with the goal of maximizing sales and efficiency and providing key insights for trade presentations. The analyst serves as a primary business support partner to leadership in commercial sales, strategy, and operations.
Requirements
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provide routine and ad-hoc reporting and analytical support to key stakeholders across the commercial team
Assist in the preparation of presentations for monthly, quarterly, and top-to-top business reviews
Collect and maintain customer and retailer contact lists in partnership with sales leads
Develop and implement organizational processes and framework for sales SharePoint
Manage On-Premise National Accounts Program tracking through Excel and web-based applications
Design and maintain sales CRM solutions with a focus on market-sourced category intelligence, survey administration, and program execution tracking
Author and maintain sales program trackers in Power BI
Perform routine audits of standardized reports to ensure proper functionality and accurate information
Author and update National Account program execution reports
Work closely with sales and marketing teams to share insights, support strategic planning, and help in executing data-driven strategies
Work with operations to manage inventory allocations as necessary
QUALIFICATIONS:

1.5+ years experience in the CPG industry – preferably in sales, analytics, or sales operations; Preferably in the Bev-Alc industry, but not required
Insatiable curiosity and overall inquisitive nature
Exceptional interpersonal skills including the ability to coordinate with multiple departments
Advanced computer skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Office 365 platform, and data visualization applications
Experience authoring in Power BI or other data visualization applications strongly preferred
Ability to perform work accurately and thoroughly
Willing to help and support others in their work to contribute to the overall success of the company
Highly organized, and able to manage time and resources effectively
Experience working with syndicated data including but not limited to Nielsen/IRI
Alcohol beverage experience and understanding of the 3-tier distribution system.
Experience working with VIP depletion data

PHYSICAL/MENTAL REQUIREMENTS:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to do the following:
Sit or stand for prolonged periods (Sit/stand desk provided in-office)
Perform some repetitive motion activities
Coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously
Occasionally lift, move, and stack boxes up to 50 lbs
