Offering quality brands like KOHLER® and Doosan, our experts provide solutions for data centers, water & sewer districts, healthcare facilities, utilities, military bases, hi-rise buildings, hi-tech, bio-tech, pharmaceutical, government, airports, retail, manufacturing, casinos, and residences.Our Power Generation Service Technicians set-up, install, repair and maintain industrial and residential generators. This individual will help with construction of generator enclosures, and all aspects of set up and start up for large industrial generators in Reno, Nevada and surrounding areas. We offer manufacturer level training opportunities and support professional growth for our technicians, including compensation based on experience level.Provide exceptional customer service to all BCEW customersPerform regularly scheduled maintenance and diagnostic procedures on generators of all sizesPerform load bank testingPerform generator preventative maintenance, inspections, and repairsDocument all tests and findings from 85-point inspections to provide feedback to customersPerform engine repairs and conduct electrical troubleshooting; diagnose and assess electrical problems using electrical schematicsAssist other technicians, train junior team members or learn from more experienced techniciansGather and present information to customers on work performed and/or needed repairsProvide end user training, as necessary, on how to operate equipmentMaintain compliance with all applicable safety and environmental policies and proceduresThis is a non-exempt, hourly position which is eligible for overtime pay. Work hours are normally 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, however overtime will sometimes be required to help meet deadlines or important milestones for our customers.
