Job Description:

As a Credit Analyst (CA) you will assemble, analyze, and structure financing applications. The CA communicates with distributors and customers during the application, underwriting, documentation, and funding stages. The position actively participates in resolving delinquent account and is responsible for accuracy of customer financing documents.

Competencies:
  • Strong computer skills, including experience using Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent Customer Service Skills; Serving all customers with clear and helpful communication.
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
  • Good organizational skills, ability to manage their time and multiple projects at once.
  • Attention to detail, ability to ensure correctness in analyses to minimize risk and future problems.
  • Safety oriented.
Position Responsibilities:
  • Analyze customer applications and make underwriting recommendations in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Communicate with distributors and prospective/existing customers during the following stages: application, underwriting, documentation, and funding.
  • Responsible for verifying accuracy of financing documents prior to documents being sent to customers.
  • Support Vice President with day-to-day activities related to delinquent and non-performing status accounts, as well as potential extension and/or restructuring candidates.
  • Perform customer service duties, including calculating and communicating customer payoff information, provided payoff is less than $200,000.
  • Maintain Aspire, or equivalent, sales tracking database.
  • Attend dealer open houses and trade shows, as needed.
  • Help promote sale of Dexter products to prospective finance customers.
  • Take ownership in our business results and your personal wellness.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned
Essential education, licenses, certifications, skills and experience:

BBA in Finance, Accounting, or related discipline.
