Your Impact:
- Lead the Charge: As our Senior Metallurgist, you'll take the helm of our state-of-the-art processing facility, charting a course towards operational excellence.
- Innovate for Efficiency: You'll be at the forefront of innovation, evaluating cutting-edge equipment and reagents to drive process efficiency, reducing waste and maximizing sustainability.
- Precision and Expertise: Conduct tests on diverse feedstocks, ensuring that our dedicated operational teams are equipped with real-time insights to optimize operating conditions.
- Guardians of Accountability: Manage the metal accounting system with precision, ensuring that our daily, weekly, and monthly process reporting is meticulous and aligns with regulatory standards.
- Technical Mastery: Develop and maintain technical standard operating procedures to ensure that we meet and exceed regulatory requirements consistently.
- Laboratory Leadership: Oversee our process plant laboratory equipment and maintain optimal inventory levels of laboratory supplies, contributing to the precision and quality of our work.
- Shape Our Future: Assist in crafting our annual budget, helping to steer our vision of a sustainable future.
- Technical Prowess: Your technical acumen will be vital in pushing the boundaries of our process plant's capabilities.

Your Background:
- A minimum of five years in process plant environments, with a focus on flotation and hydrometallurgical facilities.
Educational Excellence: A Bachelor's degree in a science field, whether it's mineral processing, metallurgy, chemical engineering, or related disciplines. A Master's degree in a science field is a significant advantage.
