Check out our strong financial track record here.Position PurposeUnder frequent supervision, gain a broad understanding of the RLI business through a real-world experience and on-the-job training.Principal Duties & ResponsibilitiesAssist with Office Planning conceptual plans, construction documents, interior planning documents and programming for office environments and projects.Review documents for compliance with Office Planning prototype documents.Analyze existing Office conditions and fixtures.Support the implementation of the Condeco Hybrid Work (Eptura) system to support office space sharing and reservations.Assist in developing and implementing innovation initiatives including new office strategies, reinventions, reviewing competitor approaches and documenting best in class office design.Work with HR and individual employees to address ergonomic issues and concerns.Attend planned education and social activities in order to gain an understanding of the RLI business as well as network.Education & ExperienceRequires a high school diploma and college coursework with 0-2 years of experience in a related field or position.Knowledge, Skills, & CompetenciesAbility to analyze and resolve basic issues.Ability to clearly and effectively communicate with others.Some experience or knowledge of AutoCAD, Space Planning Concepts, and Adobe Acrobat Pro.Who We're Looking ForYoung professionals at RLI are some of the best and brightest in the industry.
