Job Overview:
Our client is seeking a Sales Representative for a premier women's boutique, providing exceptional customer service and play a key role in maintaining the boutique's high standards of sales and merchandising. This position is integral to creating a welcoming and satisfying shopping experience while supporting the boutique's growth and reputation as a leading retailer in the women's fashion industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver outstanding customer service by assisting clients with product selection and styling advice.
  • Process payments accurately, including cash and credit card transactions.
  • Organize merchandise displays and maintain visually appealing clothing racks.
  • Ensure the store remains clean, tidy, and well-stocked by returning items to their proper places.
  • Handle returns and exchanges efficiently and with a positive attitude.
  • Stay updated on new products, trends, and developments in the fashion industry to better assist customers.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve sales goals and ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements Include:
Education:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
Experience:
  • Previous retail or sales experience preferred, especially in the fashion industry.
Skills:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Proficient in processing transactions and using point-of-sale systems.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
Certifications:
  • None required.
Knowledge:
  • Familiarity with current fashion trends and products is an advantage.
